Introduce .flake8 and .markdownlint.json for linting preferences. Enhance pyproject.toml with additional metadata, keyword tags, package includes, and dev dependencies. Remove requirements.txt from _config.yml exclusions.
Introduce CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md, CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, and a pull request template to provide clear contribution guidelines, security policy, and conduct expectations. Also, update license.md for copyright formatting consistency.
