🏆Stanford's TreeHacks Moonshot Prize 🚀 Neutral is a browser extension that gives users the power to shop sustainably. With every online purchase, Neutral generates a carbon footprint calculation and allows users to offset their emissions by donating to a line-up of NGOs fighting the climate crisis at check out. With Neutral's dashboard, shoppers can track their cumulative carbon footprint and discover key insights on improving their shopping habits for the environment.✨🌲

Development install instructions

  1. Download (and unzip) or clone the repository onto your local disk storage
  2. Open chrome://extensions/ and enable developer mode on the top right corner
  3. Click the Load unpacked button and browse to the repository/download location
  4. The Neutral extension should show up on the chrome://extensions/ page
