Could the Last-Modifiied header be added when serving files?

Some tools like wget can use it to set the correct Date Modified locally when downloading files, it's rather convenient.

The dirlist also displays the time, would be logically coherent in my opinion to also put it in the header when serving the file.

Mongoose does not necessarily run on systems where time is available.
We'll see what we can do.
As this is not actually an issue but a feature request, I've moved it here.
