I am thinking about migrating the project from the current GPLv3 to the more permissive MIT license.
The GPL license was initially chosen to be somewhat strict about enforcing that improvements will be made available to the public again.
Yet I know that some organizations can only use MIT licensed software.
So here I would simply like to know if this is an issue for (potential) users and if the a change to MIT would help.
