xAPI Documentation and or video training

I think if there was better Documentation on xAPI and some training on how it works would be very helpful.

Specifically around how to implement activities and how they work in the learning paths on the LMS side.
What we are using is iSpring and Articulate with for SCORM.

Then I have the to find the pros and cons of using the internal LRS functions vs say Learning Locker.

Any and all input on this would be greatly helpful.
