This is a "made from scratch" Web Application built with Ruby on Rails. It is hosted by launched on Heroku and utilizes Facebook Authentication and the Google Maps API. This application allows people to sell their parking space for a “temporary” amount of time. Useful for cities like SF, so tourists have an alternative to spending $50 a day in public parking spaces as to being able to park in someone’s empty garage.

Download and install Ruby (and Rails) using the following link: http://installrails.com/. Git clone this repository and be sure to run: "bundle update/install" and "rake:db migrate" before running it on the local server.
