Nova folding for MACI

1. Put witness generation bin file (e.g. "ProcessMessages_v2_10-2-1-2_test") and r1cs file "ProcessMessages_v2_10-2-1-2_test.r1cs" into "src/data/circom/" folder; modify the filenames in bench function accordingly
2. To get the circuit inputs, it can be grabbed from "cli/zkeys/proofs" folder with some modifications (see examples in "src/data/input")
