Maintenance Release for canvas@2.9.3 and konva@8.3.10 support

I am pleased to announce the v2.9.3 Maintenance Release of the Canvas Layer for AWS Lambda, there are certain updates with this release:

• Update to canvas@2.9.3 and konva@8.3.10
• Update supported Node.js runtime version to 16.x
• Update dependencies and build layer script

Developers are recommended to update their Node.js runtime for their AWS Lambda functions to version 16.x so as to use this canvas layer release for their serverless applications.
