Letters frequencies count

Python tool, which is allowed to count letters frequencies in a given text file. This tool can analyse text written in any languages, which is support UTF-8 encoding.

Prerequisites

File shold have a name: text.txt and located in the same folder as a main.py file. Text in file should be saved in UTF-8 encoding.
