I was just checking a compound NC(=O)c1nc2c([nH]c1=O)CCCC2CHEMBL4296953
If you copy the SMILES and add it into Marvin JS found in the Advanced Search Tab. It fails to display the explicit Hydrogen [nH]. And as a result I cannot use it for a similarity search.
