Introduction

Hospital Information Management System (HIMS) is one of the best comprehensive and integrated Hospital information systems designed to manage all aspects of a hospital's operations such as medical, administrative, financial, legal and the corresponding service processing. refers to a computer-based system that provides hospitals with the tools to organize, evaluate and efficiently manage departments within the hospital. This project presents a work in progress to improve the interaction of a comprehensive hospital management system.

Hospital Management System is an integrated health information system, which addresses the critical requirement of hospitals. In here it was required to develop an independent application to achieve the requirements of the out-patient & front office department. In this section, a system is needed that can maintain the hospital's daily routine of patient registration, checkup, and managing front desk operations such as managing a visitor book, call log, postal records, and complaints. It has the facilities to give a unique id for every patient and store their details of every patient and receptionist, medical officer, and admin who are on the staff.

Prevent the Runtime Errors[READ ME]

• All users login details are stored in logger.admin login details are not stored in this log.
• One Admin user allowed in this system.Admin password can’t change.
• “,”Comma is prohibited in any data field because all storing data are comma separated.
• Don’t enter string values for phone no or any other staff ID or date,time field.
• Always use 100x100px images for a better look.
• Always clear data filed after one submit.
• If any one open the data storing text file and save with blank lines or changed curse point can get various errors.
• If Images Are get some noise please use the JDK version 8 or higher.
• All interfaces are constructed with Montserrat font.if you haven’t it please install it.
• Assuming combination of the first name and last name of medical officers are unique
