[Feature]: Commit level results

Spike on adding commit level results from linguist.

Goal is to show results of language usage down to the authored commit. Enables including forks.

Compatibility for running a repo by an org/author and see results for commits from a different contributor.

Future feature: search repo and show base results. Allow further dive by searching list of contributors of that repo.

Future feature: static list of repos included in results. Search one repo at a time and pin them in list to continue compiling results. Searching entire user/org pins all repos and user can remove specific ones which adjusts results.

Consider coauthored commits.
