Notes from Open Gov Hack Night, 4/14/2015:

Need to figure out how to delete subscribers. It doesn't seem like WuFoo can do this. What about using Google Spreadsheets as the backend?
Is it possible to structure the SMS notifications so that all charges accrue to the sender? We don't want to burden the recipients with excessive charges. Talk to Smart Chicago Collaborative?
