有时显示的是整个文档，经过切换几次页面就变成聚焦了。

你说的是嵌入块吗？
目前嵌入块有 bug（貌似得在切换后再在时间轴上点一次那个事件才能聚焦），这个要等 siyuan-note/siyuan#5066 这个有了再重新整下
