This is the initial release for the plugin which contains downloads for each of the branches at the state of 1.0.0.
Also, there is example content included that you can add to your project or a blank project to see some simple examples on how to use the manipulators (Most of which is in the documentation already).
Just download the zip file that matches the version of unreal you are on and copy the Plugins folder over to your project directory!
