Summary
Removed support for importing from JitPack. JitPack appears no longer maintained. Their GitHub repository has a ton of issues with no response from maintainers. Since just using it as a backup in case Maven Central is down, doesn't seem worth continuing to support due to lack of maintenance on JitPack's end.
Removed all JitPack related configuration, and CI/CD steps in workflows.
Also removed JitPack webhook.
