Identical code base, packaged as follows:
- code available in the
dist/folder with a normal and minified version - published on both npm and bower
- crypto-js externalized as a dependency (and upgraded to 3.1.6)

Upgrading should be as simple as including crypto-js.js prior to mule-uploader.js
