In our effort to reflect the reorg, there are a couple details in our roles table to update.

In Scope

• Update ATD Product Owner role to TPW Product Owner in moped_project_roles table
• Update the description of the Inspector role in the database to be Supervises contractor activities for approval before invoicing; accepts work on behalf of TPW and coordinates with other divisions
• Check if the 0 id row with the Unknown Role description is used; if used, update records with NULL and then delete this row from the table
• Remove any place in the app where we filter the 0 id row
