Community liaison and civic tech advocate access varying levels of detail about projects they can learn about projects at their level of interest
Community Liaison interpret the order of City projects displayed on a webpage "I understand the ranking or any meaning attached to the projects themselves."
Community Liaison see content simply I don't get confused or obstructed by UX elements like hovering to see more info.
