Use OpenAPI spec to generate client libraries for calling the service, and putting the generated client somewhere accessible (e.g. submit to package repository, put in public S3 bucket/blob storage, etc.). The rebuild of the library should be triggered by changes to the API spec.

Suggest we start off with Python and HTML, although we'll get the latter for free with most server implementations.
