#1501 - Allows Kiln inputs to be used outside of the overlay.
#1502 - Coerces invalid links created with Quill to about:blank.
#1502 - Sets default Quill link protocol to https.

⚠️ This release is a minor version bump due to the change in the default Quill link protocol. ⚠️

Prior to this release a hyperlink without a protocol (eg. clay.nymag.com) would be saved as http://clay.nymag.com.

In this version the same value is saved as https://clay.nymag.com.
