Review posts not showing up

I've got things properly installed (as far as I can tell), but when putting in data and posting, the post doesn't actually show up in my stream. I've looked at the database and it's saving the data in what looks like a proper manner, but for some reason, the post isn't showing up either in the main "stream" nor on the individual permalinked page.

Using stable version 0.9.1
