Due to the major rewrite which has significant changes to implementation and utilizing TypeScript a large category of bugs and issues are now obsolete or solved.

Going forward we have a greater mindfulness and oversight on this repo, changes to Wrangler will inform changes here in Wrangler Action & new issues and PRs will be seen to.
