There are many books on econometrics in R, such as:
1.Hands-On Intermediate Econometrics Using R: Templates for Extending Dozens of Practical Examples by Hrishikesh D. Vinod (May 30, 2011)
2. A Primer for Spatial Econometrics: With Applications in R (Palgrave Texts in Econometrics) by Giuseppe Arbia (Jun 30, 2014
3. Principles of Econometrics: An Introduction (Using R) (SAGE Texts) by Neeraj R Hatekar (Nov 10, 2010)
4.http://www.ssc.wisc.edu/~bhansen/econometrics/Econometrics.pdf, 2014
5. Christian Kleiber , Achim Zeileis, Applied Econometrics with R, springer, 2008
6. Grant V. Farnsworth, Econometrics in R,October 26, 2008
7. Panel Data Econometrics in R The plm Package, 2008

so, I'd like to know, what's the emphasis of this little book?

I don't know... I don't even know what to add, as I told many COS people.
Perhaps the only advantage is that it is written in Chinese... but who
cares.
