It might be good to explain why the BBQ is fully vegetarian and what that means for what people can expect.

The food stops at 19:00 hour. People can stay later.

This will be a nice vegetarian bread and salad buffet and the following items from the BBQ

vegetarian burger
vegetarian sausage
vegetable item from BBQ, like corn
