Found this repo of mozilla DeepSpeech with examples in many languages. For integration in the UI.

Found this link for integration embedded in the robot.

Blocked on #78. Maybe once this is figured out it could be possible to use a library to decode the audio and add a subtitle overlay to the video stream viewer
