My first practice with React.js. Uses React and useState React Hook.

A weather app! This is similar to my weather dashboard-- instead of a forecast, this simply returns the current weather for a city and changes the background based on the temperature. Instead of grabbing time from moment.js, I used React.js to get the Date.
