import x/y centroid & Georeference shape file export

Hi,
I was wondering if it would be possible to import x/y centroid coordinates instead of clicks on image for the +/- tool?
This would highly improve our workflow as we will be revisiting our sites every years and we plan on segmenting the same colonies overtime.

I was also wondering if it is currently possible to set the starting x/y coordinate in TagLab as it is currently 0,0 top-left corner and I would like to be able to georeference my exported data.

Thank you for working on such a useful tool, our team is planning on heavily using it in our workflow to segment 200+ orthomosaic every year.
