Min value in "Signed" Distance from Reference Mesh function log output is not the expected min value

Version: MeshLab 2023.12

Environment: OS Windows 11

Step to reproduce:
-Load 2 meshes
-Do "Filters -> Sampling -> Distance from Reference Mesh"
-Check "Compute Signed Distance"
-Apply

• Do "Render-> Show Vertex Quality Histogram"

Actual result:
In the function log output (Project panel?) the reported min value is not the expected one
In the 3D screen Vertex Quality Histogram display, the minV is the expected one
