WAR file for the latest change

Dear all, 

I am a researcher and PHP developer with moderate java skills and I am working 
for a research project; I have been using (for 2 weeks now) the nice ontology 
browser. Unfortunately every third call to the browser my collegues and I 
earned session exceptions.

Now I saw the code has been fixed with respect to this. Altough I have an 
eclipse helios with installed tomcat server, I cannot (yet) figure out ho to 
check out the SVN source code as a web dynamic project in order to make a WAR 
file to deploy.

My question: 

1a - Could anyone please tell me how to check the project out to an eclipse web 
project or 
1b - Could somebody give me the latest WAR file ... ?
