Assuming that we cannot have vitality as the title; I would suggest using vital instead.

My reasoning, is that the term vital roughly refers to the necessities of life; things that are needed to live. This is what the mod is about; as its focus is on health, food, and water.

The term also refer to liveliness; which is the result of having sufficient food/water, and good health.

I think we can do better then that, we need to give it more though.

The best to go around this is to review all the key features of the mod and then see what name would best describe those features while still sounding good.
