[Admin ONG/Profilul meu] ''Editează'' button takes user to Evaluare ONG page

Describe the bug:
When the user clicks on the ''Editează'' button it takes them to the Evaluare ONG page.

Expected behavior:
When the user clicks on the ''Editează'' button, the section should become editable (see design here)

This is very problematic - daca un ONG isi completeaza gresit datele, nu le mai poate corecta. Changed to high priority
