Creating a new account unnecessarly redirects user to Report a problem

Describe the bug
when creating an account on public portal, after submitting the process, I am automatically redirected to a "report a problem" screen, even if I never clicked on report a problem action button

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://test-harta-reciclarii.staging.heroesof.tech/
2. Click on menu button -> sign in button
3. Click on Create new account
