Accessibility issues

Hello, I have noticed several accessibility issues in the theme which limits its usage for me.

During a conversation, I had the opportunity to discuss this with Julien Dauphant, CTO at beta.gouv, who indicated that it might be possible (subject to approval) to allocate funds or human resources to address these issues, so that this great open-source initiative can benefit everyone.

I didn't have time to conduct a full analysis, but here are the issues I have already identified:

• Inconsistent keyboard navigation
• Error messages are not necessarily associated with fields, and some are not relevant
• Heading hierarchy
• Missing language tags
• Broken ARIA links in some cases
