ete_gui is package which allows to implement etetoolkit in GUI mode. Currently it support the following ETE tools:
- ete_build
- ete_evol
- ete_compare
- ete_ncbiquery
- ete_view
ete_gui is web-based GUI application, which host local server to implement etetoolkit. It is written in Python and currently has the following dependencies:
- Pyhton 3.*
- ete3
- eel (https://github.com/samuelhwilliams/Eel)
- bottle
