Building Transporter with Vagrant

ensure vagrant is installed
ensure ansible is installed
ensure either virtual box or VMWare fusion or VMWare Workstation is installed

> cd transporter
> vagrant up
...
> vagrant ssh
...
vagrant> ./run-test
