mfast: add 1.2.2 + drop maintenance of cci.20200824 + fix cross-build + modernize

Specify library name and version: lib/1.0

boost version can't be updated because mfast requires math module, and due to the unfortunate design of boost recipe it can't work for compilers like apple-clang for which default standard is lower than C++11.
