How to build 2.2.0 for windows

I'm trying to update the conda feedstock for librdkafka 2.2.0 and have run into a problem on windows: one of the examples (idempotent_producer.c) cannot be built because it needs unistd.h. See conda-forge/librdkafka-feedstock#93 for more info.

Any advice on how to proceed?

is this a bug in the build files? That seems very unlikely to me because surely you build librdkafka for all supported platforms before releasing it.

Well, we'll just disable the examples for Windows, but it's a pity to have to do that.
