Hi, I have some anti-TH staining LM data and want to compare them with FlyEM data. I have read from a paper that the FlyEM data were also registed to the JRC2018 template. The template have a 1652 x 773 x 456 voxels space, while the coordinates I get from neuprint are much larger, i.e. (25634,11155,17088). May I ask how are the coordinates in neuprint defined and if there is a way to convert the coordinates in JRC2018 template to the coordinates used in neuprint?
