node ios_arch.js --extract fails after 6.0.18 version

We updated library to 6.0.18 and when we now run node ios_arch.js --extract in the extra folder to clean architecture for app store submission we get

We use cordova: 10.0.0
and have testet with both node v15.8.0 and v12.3.1 and both gave same error

"cordova-ios": "^6.1.1",
"xcode": "^2.1.0"

Any suggestions how to fix so we can use latest version?

To avoid confusion I have removed docs about ios_arch.js from docs/Building.md and added usage into docs/BuildingLibWebRTC.md file instead to generate WebRTC.xcframework when using custom WebRTC Build.
