Corona-Warn-App: Community Wishlist

About this Repository

This repository is a place that shall give community members the opportunity to propose and discuss feature additions and improvements for Corona-Warn-App. This is not a standard development repository!

Structure

The repository does not contain any code. The issue tracker contains ideas for new features or enhancements of existing ones.

Issues will be scanned regularly by members of the CWA GitHub organization and discussed with the product management and the RKI. If it is decided to fix an issue or to implement a suggestion from an issue then the issue will be marked up in the originating repository (including in this one) using a label "Fix" + release number. This means that the issue will have a corresponding internal development status which is one of OPEN, ANALYZING, IN PROGRESS, COMPLETED, or CONFIRMED (i.e. tested). The Fix label stays with the issue even after the fix or enhancement has been released and the issue has been closed.

(Note: Originally the CWA Backlog Repository was used to track planned fixes and enhancements. All items from that repository have been redistributed and the now empty CWA Backlog Repository was put into archive status on March 30th, 2021.)

How to find existing ideas

Go to the issues section and use the search to find existing ideas based on your topic of interest. In case you need a more sophisticated search query, please see the respective GitHub documentation about the search.

How to contribute

Every user is free to enter their ideas as a new issue in this repository. This project has adopted the Contributor Covenant in version 2.0 as our code of conduct. Please see the details in our CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md. All contributors must abide by the code of conduct.

We kindly ask you to make use of the provided issue templates.

Contributions can be made in german or english. You can add your own ideas, further refine ideas of others, discuss pros and cons, evaluate alternatives and vote on ideas by using thumbs-up. To get a sorted list of ideas most liked by the community, you can use this sorted issue list.

The issues will only be moderated in case violations of the code of conduct are brought to our attention. To report such violations, please send an email to corona-warn-app.opensource@sap.com.
