Messed up rebasing commits with previous pull request, so I decided just to close previous and open new one |

Did further testing and it works on JDK 23 on AL2023. Also checked headless and devel packages for debugsymbols files, and both don't include any. Since previous commit, removed |

Adds rpm file package containing debug symbols for AL builds.

Debug symbols currently aren't generated for AL builds.

Through internal pipeline for JDK 17 AL2 build and JDK 23 AL2023 build
