DACCO XML to sqlite (not really functional)

Some time ago I wrote https://github.com/cpina/dacco-to-db

This was a way to export DACCO XML into a sqlite. Because it was a prototype I didn't create the proper DB structure for all the DACCO XML tags and entities and was loading the entries into a field.

An idea was to break down the DACCO Entry into smaller pieces as needed and add a frontend to edit them (add examples, add notes, add links, etc.) but this was never done (lack of time and no confirmation that this would be used at all).
