feat: update container ux

• Configure WSLg X-Server redirection for audio and GUI applications
• Exclude Conan from the image as we have switched to using CPM
• Incorporate BuildKit frontend in Dockerfile
• Mount APT cache, however it is ignored in Github Actions Allow controlling cache mounts storage location moby/buildkit#1512
• Share pre-built image using GitHub Packages
• Transfer VSCode extensions and settings to the .vscode folder as those properties in devcontainer.json prevent offline container launch
