Put all these files into one folder, enable Developer Mode in Chrome, click 'Load Unpacked' and navigate to the folder, click on 'Details' then enable 'Allow in incognito'.

N.B.:

• When deleting many entries: keep the popup open until the deletion is complete; you know that the deletion is complete when you can scroll through the domains list without it lagging, and when you check a domain's checkbox, it doesn't then uncheck itself.
