Add event for Tax Adjuster

What are you trying to do?
I know there are already ways to do what I want but all of those are not as good in my opinion. In Germany there will be different Tax rates next month depending on the time of the service.
So when you order a ticket for this year it will have a different Tax then next year. Thus it depends on the DateTime field in the order when the event happens, not when you buy it. Therefor I need to change/remove Tax rates dynamically.
The easiest solution would be to implement an event in the Tax adjuster as the Discount has,
Could you please leave a note if you could do this within the next 20 days? If that's not possible it would be really really helpful to say "no" from the beginning so I'll overwrite your adjuster for the time being.

We will discuss this internally, just to help you out I would plan on the fact that this won't be available in your timeframe as currently this cannot be guaranteed.

You do have options though, you might be best creating your own custom tax adjuster that simply extends the included tax adjuster. This way you can simply add your custom code before or after in the adjust method.

Thank you very much. Usually I wouldn't have contacted you but the covernment decided it would be a great idea to temporarily change all taxes depending on different rules for the next 6 month due to Corona and I wanted to be prepared.
