Ability to not populate addresses when customer is selected while creating/editing orders in the CP

When creating or editing orders in the CP, if I add or change the customer, their primary shipping and billing addresses are populated on to the order.

Could we possibly have a new config setting that controls whether this behaviour happens or not please? Similar to the autoSetNewCartAddresses setting.

For us, it would mean carts created in the CP behave more like the carts created on our frontend.
