Correct SICs and hide problem markings in PDF export

To make PDF files as clear as possible, hide all problem and SIC markings in PDF export.

Problem markings should be probably cleared as in issue #230.

sic -sq filter should be applied to correct all mistakes and hide the warnings.

Problem markings are now hidden (both local and global LO:TX versions — there was a bug using G flag in shed for global comment editing):
