Create an integration service on Konflux to test Openshift Local on Windows.

This requires #248 to be merged in order to trigger builds / integration services

Review crc-extension testing container
Review usage for step actions, maybe needed on mapt
Review results from mapt, maybe moved to openssl ssh_config file
Push results to s3? as report portal will not be available
