Linux Signature Verification failed for Linux download ??

Maybe I'm making a mistake, but it seems that the Linux Signature Verification failed.
I download Linux Desktop Version from this page : https://specter.solutions/downloads/
I follow instructions to verify signature and I got that :

mistake on my part ? corrupted site ?
